What You’ll Do

Operate Patriot Lifting cranes safely and professionally

Learn how to quote jobs, price lifts, and identify customer needs

Shadow our leadership team on sales processes

Build and maintain customer relationships

Transition into a hybrid Operator / Sales Rep role over time
